Working with zero budget, the power of the idea persuaded huge stars to take part, including Rio Ferdinand, Alex Song and Peter Crouch. By the end of the campaign we'd filmed goal celebrations with Arsenal, Tottenham, Portsmouth, Stoke and The Ivory Coast national team.
The players celebrations prompted a cultural conversation in Africa, where we reached millions of young people with important health messages, like wearing a condom, using a mosquito net or drinking from clean water sources.
